Who I am

Leadership development often focuses on adding skills. But real leadership maturity grows through courage — the courage to address tension instead of managing around it, to question your own assumptions, and to look honestly at the impact your behaviour actually has.

I design and facilitate leadership development experiences that build this capacity. Practical, grounded, and always connected to how leaders act and decide in practice.

What I do

Organisational growth is never one-size-fits-all. I partner with you to understand your goals, challenges, and context, then co-create solutions that are practical, actionable, and sustainable.

This can include:

  • Designing and delivering tailored workshops and training programmes

  • Supporting programme rollouts through train-the-trainer initiatives

  • Acting as a consultant to design development strategies and materials, with or without delivery involvement
